Ronan sees his Pulmonologist every three months to control his asthma. If Ronan has breathing issues between appointments his pulmonologist deals with it over the phone so Ronan doesn't have to come into the clinic and be exposed to germs quite as often.I mentioned Ronan's easy bruising and the doctor said easy bruising is a side effect of one of the medications Ronan is on. He said we wouldn't worry and take him off unless the bruises grew bigger and/or more frequent. The medication he's on is too important to take Ronan off of unless there is a major problem.
He said he was very pleased that Ronan came through influenza as well as he did. The doctor believed that if Ronan hadn't received his flu shot he most likely would have ended up in the hospital on a ventilator. He said with all of Ronan's breathing issues that the shot definitely helped him deal with the flu.Landon has begun a count down until his birthday. He will six in a week and has decided we should do something everyday until his birthday. Talk about a kid trying to stretch out his birthday for all its worth. We'll just have to see how the rest of this week goes.
Inara is crawling off belly slightly more than on belly. Her change in crawling started today and she's also climbing over step high objects. I was starting to think she'd be like Landon. He never crawled off his belly. He military crawled until 11 months and then started walking. Each child is completely different.
